In general, the suggested water temperature is between 200 and 204 degrees fahrenheit (~93-96 c), and the suggested ratio is in the 67-68 grams per liter range.

Brew steps
1. Heat water to 206 f.
2. Pre-heat V60/vessel
3. Bloom for 40-45 seconds.
4. Brew with 100 g water pulses. Finish pouring by around 2:15
5. All water should drain by around 3:00
