Brew steps

1. Rinse out filter with hot water.
2. Bloom with 50g water for 50 seconds
3. Pulse pour, around 100 grams of water at a time, every 30 seconds. Try to finish pouring by the 1:45 mark.
4. Water should drain completely by around the three minute mark.
