Started out bitter but smoothed out as it cooled down. Sweet notes of honey and plum.
Brew Steps:
1. Bloom with 50 grams of water for 30 seconds.
2. Slowly add the remainder of the water within 30 seconds
3. Steep for an additional 30 seconds
4. Flip and press for 30 seconds.
