Tasting Notes:

Sweet notes of vanilla and berries; syrupy. Nice, fruity acidity.

Brew Steps:

1. Pre-wet and warm filter
2. Bloom with 40 grams of water for 25 seconds
3. Pour the rest of the water
4. Press very slowly for around 75 seconds
